If you enjoy sailing on/by the Maroochy, Mooloolah and Pumicestone estuaries, your feedback is very much needed.
This includes Golden Beach, and the rivermouths at Maroochydore and Mooloolaba.
Please refer to the Sunshine Coast Marine Zone Investigation Summary attached for further details.

Survey submissions close on the 20th of November. Take the time to provide feedback, and hopefully that will help guide improvements in these locations for your recreational ennjoyment of them.
Cheers,
Dylan.
Done!
What a C..P
survey, any one can enter as many times as they like! no record of who enters information, dont even have to live local, it only concentrates on 'negative' issues!
What you will get is a bunch ol fuddy duds that go to the beach once or twice a year making a lot of noise instead of concentrating on people that 'often use' the water ways!
Its a noisy minority, bit like the ol fuddy duds that complained that windsurfers and kitesurfers scare away birds on the spit at Noosa (thats the MAN made spit in the man altered river mouth mind you!)
Jump on the Survey and make lots of positive noise, there are comment spots, on there..
eg 'we really love watching the windsurfers on the water, they are so colorfull and fun, they bring so much joy to us, we wish there were more, etc etc
Look out PPL the Sunshine coast council has WAY too many STAFF and LOTS of freetime to make stupid laws,
Jump on board the Survey!
I was a little bit surprised to see that one of the categories of waterway user was "Wind Surf/Kite Surf".
Lumping the two together like that was funny, because there are sections of the survey where you say what you do, and sections where you say what you hate, and I could imagine a lot of people feeling conflicted by having to choose the same category for both things...
