Rumour has it that a local Mackay sailor and member of FNQ mob is abandoning the tropics for the crisp victorian climes. Maybe he just got sick of ocean slop and wanted to become a "flat water fairy" at the pit ??

Apart from about 5 runs at Bowen a few weeks ago I hadn't planed since April so I'm not too sad to leave the warm winter days behind if it means getting back to some honking winter fronts
