Sailed this morning and it was light. Home now 12:13pm and seem to be a decent moderate wind blowing now. Might have to go back to manly for another round.

The wind picked up just as you left. Had a couple of good planing runs, my longest yet and finished them cackling like a crazy man - is that normal? After that it lightened off again.

Good to hear Michael, esp getting stoked in the footstraps. I headed back over for another round and gave you a wave on the way through Wynnum. I got out there but the wind had died. Couple of guys out there with big sails on the plane, going past me like I was dead in the water. I think I need more wind for the sail I have.

Was tricky conditions racing at manly yesterday. Was enough wind to get the rsx planing but not enough to get good angles upwind, ended up achieving better vmg with the centreboard down. Downwind was similar hard to decide whether to go deep off the plane or try and get better speed by going shallower. Overall was good racing though very close with a lot of place swapping between different legs as deciding how to sail and which way to go had big impacts on the results. Couple of long planing reaches after the racing was over finished off a good day.
