Sad news from Gail at Goodtime. Judy has passed today and anyone who knew her or visited the shop will surely miss her friendly persona and open and welcoming smile. I am sure I speak for all of the windsurfing community in passing on our deepest condolences to Gail and all of Judy's friends and family.

This from the Goodtime Facebook page.

We're normally all about bringing you stoke and the goodtime vibes, but today is a sad day. The saddest. A great friend, confidant, office guru, pseudo-grandma and all-round beautiful person, Judy Anderson, passed away this morning following heart-complications (6/3/1936 - 13/11/2013). Anyone who has been in our shop could not help but have their day brightened by Judy's warmth, wit and uncanny knack for remembering even the smallest details about someone she may have only met once. Judy was family and we're all hurting, but we'll soldier on and keep stoking you out. Anyone wishing to share their memories of Judy please do so, we'd all be so happy to hear from people who loved Judy as much as we did. Orchids were Judy's favourite flowers for anyone wishing to send their condolences in that way. Rest in peace Judy.

I just heard this terrible news, God, I can't believe it. Judy was always bright and cheerful and up for some friendly banter. Always looked after me as a customer. She will be sadly missed.
Rest in peace Jude.

I used to drop into Goodtime as a young windsurfer in the mid to late 80's & remember Judy as being a lovely lady.

My condolences to her family & her extended Goodtime family,

Hargs
