Guys, just a place holder to keep the weekend of the 28th of March free!!!
We will be running an event at Currumbin and at this stage it looks like a cracker. We have a few sponsors on boards and are currently working on a couple more. It should be a good weekend, designed for all levels of sailors.
Even if you have never ventured into the waves before or are only starting out you will not want to miss this one, just ask Gesty how good it is just to watch the boys going off.
The format is that the comp will be run over two days, in a heated expression session style format. Meaning there are set times though out the day that your division will be judged, but no heats, just lots of fun.
So keep the dates free and get along, more details including details of sponsors and prizes will be posted shortly.
Hi Jamie is the weekend of the 28th locked in at this stage because burrum is on the same weekend 
Yeah i would love to go to both but it would be a shame if they clash

Sorry guys, but yes the 28th/29th is locked in. There are a lot of reasons for this date, any later puts it too close to Easter, which for the guys that are travelling makes it a big hassle. Any earlier and it's too close to the Aust titles and the last of the NSW Wavesailing events.
I think the Burrum event will only clash for a very limited number of sailors, but we will try to make sure we get all the events on different dates next year where possible.
We now have a major sponsor for the event.
The Neil Pryde Currumbin Classic looks like it should be a cracker.
We are working out a few more of the finer details and will have a full event outline up soon, but rest assured there will be something for everyone.
