Moz, I used to use a guy on Barlows hill who was actually an upholsterer but had the right machines. he did a pretty good job of our land yacht and older dacron windsurfing sails, but I don't know if he does monofilm.
Is the windsurfing shop just behind the main drag (next to the camping shop) still there? he might know.
