Looking forward to another great turn out for round 2 of this season's slalom series. Sunday the 5th of October 2008. The Rookies (novices) were a great hit and we are keen to get more guys and girls on the water.

With the forecast being for northerlies, we will return to Wynnum.

Please review the notice of race www.baysidesailboards.com.au/notice.html

A reminder to all sailors that race numbers must be clearly identified. Any questions then drop us an email info@baysidesailboards.com.au

See you on the water.

Another great turn out, over thirty guys and kim were on the water today, and our first junior for the season. The wind was challenging today with the forecast taking its time to come through. Which meant the first three races were rather pleasant and the last three were by the seat of your pants - literally.

Alas we missed Mike. It seems a protest was lodged about his ability to be the first to the sausages - and we decided to send him to Sydney dancing. Hope you went well Mikey - I'm glad to say you missed another great day.

A more official report will be up as the results come to hand.

Best fun I've had in ages. Congratulations to all involved in getting this racing sorted out, looking forward to a great season of sailing and racing. Big thumbs up to the location also, awesome spot. Still very keen to take part in any sort of training clinics should they come up.

Thanks Bayside for the great racing again last weekend. Great organisational skills to get those Northerlies to blow on race day.

Hey Bart, I like the photo with the fish in your hand. It made me laugh to realise that it wasn't that long ago when the boot was on the other foot.
