In 2006 Johnny Pott arrived in Marrawah, loved it so much decided to live there. Wasn't long before he discovered Back of Lighthouse (BOL) which was a world class reef on our doorstop that we never even knew was there.
Eight years later his passion and love for BOL all came together and he pulled off one of the most epic wave events the world has ever seen.

Just unreal! Managed a spot on the late 10 news also, bugger all time or fuss though..and none of the presenters seemed to get how death defying and skillfull these guys are, but a rugby coach who can't even speak properly and drug cheat afl coach who won't admit such still got way more air time.....
Should of been a lead story!
