Here is my first go at a racing video of the club race at RQYS with the Gopro from 14th Sep.
I reckon I'll have to get the Rainex to be a bit more effective on the lens.

Cool video.
Haven't you your harness line a bit too far back and too short for an RSX rig?
And maybe too much of that strap at the foot of the sail

Yes, glad you noticed, my harness lines were too far back in this race. That's why I kept dropping the front hand off to rest it. I actually moved them forward between races after this one. The length of the lines is good for me for this wind strength. I use them longer if I'm not on the plane, or if the wind is a bit lighter so I can sail using the up haul in the front hand. The tack strap is always done as tight as possible on an RS:X rig. The bottom of the sail is the best place to have the power, more manageable.

I'm fairly light so I was using it only around 12 knots. I found the sail was feeling too stiff with it, even more in the sub planning conditions.

Great vid

It has been a very long time since I raced a windsurf but that looks awesome. What type of board is that? How often does the RQYS run windsurfing races?

Newbie questions sorry!!

RQYS have races every Saturday from start of Sep to the start of April (with a break in Jan).
As Jusavina said, it is an RS:X, the Olympic board. It is a one design class, so it more a test of the sailor than the equipment.
There is normally a good fleet of RS:X's raing at RQ.
