Is it too much to ask to be able to gybe by the end of the season ?

BTW, if its not windy you can watch one of those insrtuctional DVD's on how to gybe but i know what i'd rather do.
I am already watching every YouTube gybe I can find. Unfortunately I can't find any 25 knot gybes in lots of chop 
I find the 7 day forecast close to 100% inaccurate,
so in a way it is actually close to 100% accurate.
