Late sail manly... got out at 5.30, came in in tha dark... real dark, had to turn the lights on on the car to de-rig nice sail. (albeit for an arrogant fisherman that would not move of the steps to allow me to walk up then gave me a mouthful about how I was on HIS fishing spot...I'll know next time to be carfull to not trespass )
cheers

Had trouble on the steps a year or so ago with a couple of fat, old fishermen. When I completely did my best 'out-of-control psyco' impersonation, they were very happy to move out of the way. [}:)]

Just ask him next time if he'd like to catch any fish for the next hour or just enjoys the time away from the wife. Doesn't move bang the sail on the water a few times, sorry mate just gotta get the seaweed off or diplomatically just tell him a better fishing spot

Looking forward to this arv at manly, cmon wind!

Mikey a mate of mine did that years ago, blundered gybe (well actually I dunno what he was doing). Easiest way i'v seen to get your gear to the top of the steps

You need to keep an eye on those two, they pulled out a sling shot on a guy once when I was there. Perhaps they need reminding that it was actually windsurfers who built the stairs there.

Looking good for this arvo, the gear is in the car, just waiting for the "go" from Ricko...

turned out to be a pretty good session from 130 till 430. A few lulls and gusts but a good breeze most of the time. 13-20 knots SSE. Where were ya Scotty ???

I got there at 3.30 and saw you guys on big gear having a ball. Mark and I were in the car part with B&J kit and didn't like our chances with all that south in the breeze. We went over to Wello and had a ball, I was fully powered up on a 5.4 and Mark was over on a 6.0.

Great to finally catch up to those illusive green arrows. I've had the kit in the car all week.
