damn you guys got me excited i waited at shearwater for a while and then waited the rest of the arvo at home. and i cant make it out over the next 2 days
About o leave work... Think I might try Manly about 4pm...
(my new Avanti 7.7 has just been delivered!!!! so dying to try it on the Starbd Isonic 117)
....
fingers crossed
Awesome afternoon at narrowneck 8.3m IS111 and slightly over powered, hardly any swell to get out and the most constant breeze I've sailed in for a long long time
Just John and myself out. Beautiful afternoon.
Un packed the 7.7 but in my haste to get on the water didn't look at the cambers properly - thought they were wrong - so rigged the old 6.6 total flow f1 (1997 version) and had a good sail for just over an hour on Starbd 117 - powered the whole time..
Got home and had a closer look at the sail and discovered the cams are right - operator error... so Maybe tmr will try it out...
Still great to be out on the water until sunset tho...
got in at manly and sailed up to wynnum where its heaps better , another good day but im totally worn out now .
Yep great sail at Manly sallied till dark.
hmmm maybe wello tom early ;-)
Glad its just operator error Darkhorse![]()

nice prediction HC, you get out for a sail on the GC?
