i missed out today. got to VP around 12.30 as it was dying. dredged around for an hour on my "lunch break" then went home.
the early crew had a good session i was told.
I think ritchie is right - I have been watching the BOM wind across land areas detailed map & it is like there are little cells of wind that spring up for only an hour or two in a localised area. - if you have 7m+ and can drop everything to be in situ you can get quitre a good run - if you have an alloted recreational time when you are able to sail each week - forget it - we have become tornado chasers - you know those weird obsessive guys in the us??
