Looked at the chart showing up to 30 knots decided to check it by myself. Currently at Manly 3-5 knots and wet.

Yes Simon, it is.The weather is bad. Was hoping it might change...but..
got a nice sail in today at about 3 flat water and a good 20 knots it faded away from there but worth it
