Looked down and it was gone!! Mighta floated away , mighta sank.(even with the floaty back door) Way too windy to see anything.

Had a good look today but nothing!, still good to get out and get the gear get wet. Sometime 1000 years from now someone will find that Go Pro... imagine that! long after youtube has gone your footage will be preserved. Hope it was epic :-)
There was one lost at Currumbin washed up at the Spit 6 months later with the footage in tact . It made the news , hope your story ends the same .

I lost a GPS Far side of seaworld on a westerly, had a big stack somehow ripped the velcro off, never to be seen, keep an eye on the boaties forum, even with the flooaty sponge if it had all the brackets on my go pro doent float...yours might mine doesent.
