Was soooooo windy today... went out on Mistral Equipe with 10m Avanti - Sailed around Green Island from Manly - Took 3 hrs 12mins with a awesome 6.7km/hr average - a max od 8.3km/hr..
Was nice and sunny tho...
went for a blast over to tangalooma from redcliffe in my mates thundercat,... was glass the whole way!
oh well, maybe next weekend

Youth Week starts tomorrow, Techno's are racing, seabreeze still showing 20Knts should be some great racing.
Am going to give it a shot, v busy at work so 50/50 at present. Looks good though.
Damn damn damn damn damn. I just got back home. Left home, realised I forgot something, drove back, got it (went through my checklist to make sure I had everything this time) and headed down to Manly. Repaired sail with some tape, rigged up went to get into wetsuit... no wetsuit. Damn damn damn.
Paul offered a shorty suit but I reckoned it would be too cold so, packed up and drove the 50mins back home. I gotta move closer or get a better system.
And it looked so nice out on the water too.
sigh, maybe tomorrow.
Was Ok when I first got there at about 1pm (about 15 knots), slowly got worse as the day went on (no more that 10 knots after 3pm).
Here's hoping for better tomorrow
