Not really a windsurfing topic but i need some help. Got my familly over from the uk for a few weeks and i need some wet weather activities to keep the kids occupied and hopefully tire them out so i can keep my sanity,

ha ha ha! same as what they do at home in the UK, rains all the time over there, doesn't it?
oh and while your entertaining, picture how hard it will be to go sailing

seriously, ten pin bowling, theres one here at redcliffe or the movies or just take them to the beach, kids don't care if its raining, least mine don't

good luck Lee

Wet & wild. Doesn't matter if it is raining (as long as it isn't too cold).

Underwater world (Mooloolabah)

Indoor climbing at West End.

Laser force at Wooloongabba.

Skate areana at Stafford.

Outdoor paintball at Mt Cotton is also good in the rain.

lee,
I'm hearing ya.

my eldest (young) daughter at 8 is a sport nut. v active and still won't sleep before 8pm.

the beach seems to work with the combination of surfing/swimming/sun.

last year we went to wet n wild. she loved it. some rides were closed for maintenance but we still managed to do every ride about 4 times. we got there at opening but I reckon the arvo could be a good option as crowds seem to drop away - a bit.

take em up to sringbrook - there is a loop track up there and if it is raining there are waterfalls everywhere - if they are from england they wont notice the rain!! or the leeches!! LOL
