Jo is going well in the Princess Sofia World Cup event in Palma. She's sailed well all week, especially in planing conditions and after 10 races sits in 9th place. She goes into the medal races tonight which are for the top 10 finishers - 2 short 10 minute races both with double points. Whatever happens, she'll finish the regatta 10th at worst.
Races are on at 9pm tonight.
Her best result so far.

Thats fantastic after a difficult year its great to see her dedication paying off. Well done Jo. Great picture of her with the London Olympics sail really makes her stand out from the rest of the fleet.
Jo ended up 10th overall. Medal races were held in shifty offshore 5-25 knot winds. Not quite her favoured conditions! Training partner Farrah Hall (USA3) pipped her by one point to take 9th.
Stiil a great result and now she heads to France.
Well done Jo. Good luck in France, I hope the conditions are in your favour. Thank God we didn't lose you to the dark side (kites).
