Dear community, it appears yesterday a group of jet skis on an organised trip deliberately drove around one of our windsurferers(not me) in a tight circle 3 or 4 times, it appears to have been deliberate provication.

If its an organised group ie a business attached then you should put in a complaint to MSQ and ask what follow-up action they can take, given the previous dramas with jet skis they should be willing to investigate the issue. If its a group of yahoos then its more difficult, however all jetskis should be registered and if you can get a firm rego number, then MSQ can slug the owner with a warning or a fine.
Without reporting through the right channels things will only get worse.

I was near Mr Brown when the incident occurred however from past experience without a rego number MSQ is unlikely to action.
On a similar note MSQ also stated that they would look at the buoy placement for the Jetski franchise at the southern end of the sandbank at the train but nothing seems to have been done.
It would appear that passive water sports in this vicinity have a very low priority in comparison to dh's running jetski / jetboat operations.
