Milky Way-bow over Lake Cootharaba. This is an ultra wide panorama (Approx 240 degrees) taken a few weeks ago. Scorpio and the brightest part of the Milky way can be seen just over the tree on the left. The Southern Cross and the head of the emu (The Coalsack Nebula) are toward the right side. Alpha Centuri (our closest star system at 4.3 light years away) is the bright white coloured star toward the centre of the image. Hope you enjoy
