Hi All,

I'm new here. My name is Nick, I'm almost 28. I'm in love with windsurfing, been in love with it since birth. My dream was to go pro until I went off track.... :(:(:(:(:( Anyyyway. Hoping to meet some local sailors, I just moved here to brisbane. Windsurfing is a big part of my life. Hope to meet some other folk as passionate about windsurfing as I am. Havent sailed since 07, today was my first since then... Was a little rusty, gosh!

I like the site! awesome...

keep it tidy.

Howdy! :) I was at Manly today, I don't know many places. My Dad talks mostly about wellington point and Manly. Wind was pretty good, water was flat and so was I after only 40 mins. lol. I used my 4.2, with jp 78 freestyle wave, other gents used bigger sails but i'm pretty light so I was powered up nice.

Sounds like a dating website! Just kidding welcome. You have lots of passionate sailors between Manly and Wello, and they are both good spots, cannot be too bad first day on a 4.2!Our windier season is just starting from now until about April, Should you wish to venture further away you have the sunshine coast and Gold coast and both have active windsurfing communities.

Keep an eye on this forum, people often post were they are going to coincide with conditions and tides, welcome again.
