My first attempt at the Go Pro. Mount was squeeking a bit but I captured this awesome squall, not great for vsion on the camera (or your eyes) but it was blowing around 30 so hard to resist.
The Pom, there are a couple in there but the rain on the camera was so heavy they were drained out.
Aus718, was an awesome day, lots of mates on the water getting a good dose of wind after a long quiet spell.
If you can beleive it I spent all day chasing sailors around trying to get them on film only to realise the camera was facing the wrong direction, fogged up or too far away. Still learning but I am thinking the next purchase will be a helmet so I can aim the thing. Great to come home and replay the action of the day.
I hope to post some more epic days in the coming weeks, lets hope the cyclone gives us some wind (without causing any more heartache to Brisbaneites).
HD, you should take a look at the contour product also. I saw one yesterday at photo continental and they looked a lot more streamlined and compact.
