I am looking for expressions of interest in Formula racing and Longboard racing at Lake Cootharaba this coming summer.
This can be every week or once a month depending on levels of interest.
any one interested? What class and how often?
Isnt Charlie going to continue running the racing at the lake like every 3 weeks? $3 a head with the use of club's bar in the end, you cant for ask for better?
This will be separate from the slalom races since the longboard and formula race upwind.
$3 beer & $3 slalom, hopefully slalom at the lake will continue.
Maybe we should call it happy hour.....
Charlie sets both course out and runs both at the same time with the same start line. The formula starts first then slalom a few minutes after. When everyone finishes, the next race starts again. Great fun.
Certainly happy times. Pity fuel costs so much more today. We used to go up just for the day and fuel would be like $10 return. Now $30 if not more :(
