Gary Rushton (ex WQ Secretary) has let me know that the Sandgate Yacht Club runs course races and would welcome new members of the Windsurfing Elk. Might be worth a look, cheap fees, good location, well run events. Hopefully Gary can add a bit more info for those interested.
