Can any one recommend where to source EPS blanks and sheets of divinycell big enough for a WS board in SEQ.
What is the recommended thickness of divinycell sheets?
Would like to investigate if making a board is feasible. Made a pretty good board in the late 80's out of EPS and epoxy, and now I'm older and have more patience might be a good project, also like making stuff, and have an acute attention to detail.

Can you use CAD at all??
I've used POLYBLOCK P/L at Yatala - they are great.
I just send them an Autocad DXF file and it comes back with the rocker and outline perfectly cut with their hotwire.
FGI is the cheapest for the sandwich foam.
Budget 1/3 - 1/2 the cost of a production board to build + a heap of labour.
Around 15kg/m3 (S grade) is the density you need.
