Looking pretty good for Cudgen on Thursday. Let me know if you are keen and we will to and get a crew together.

Bugger, still in Melbourne on Thursday.

Fingers crossed I can get away from work early enough to get on the southerly on Friday.

Ha, it's more the time it takes to get there when you know you could be sailing in the bay already but the rewards are well worth it. One thing I find is that an hour in the surf is like four on the bay. Having not surfed much it is a real steep learning curve as well and it's like starting windsurfing all over again. Loving the challenge so far.

That looks like it will be good also. Where do you go when it is has so much south in it. I've been told that Mermaid to Nobbies is good on the first day before it gets too much sweep in it.

Depends, if it is SSE there is still a good chance it will get into Currumbin. Otherwise further north will get it, or head down to Lennox. I'm told that is good in anything from SW.

We used to sail D-Bar when it was too S for the Alley, not sure if anyone does anymore. Might be a bit hectic with the number of surfers that are there always.

Long way to go for what looks like less than a metre of swell Scot!
the NE has started to fill in at Redcliffe, just hoping it builds to the promised strength...

Ha, sorry mate. Every time I visit that place it's blowing a gale. Apparently there are some real great spots there to.

Was pretty good in the end and the water was just pristine. Great jumping when it filled in.
