Anyone sailing Burrum this weekend? Thinking of goin down friday.
Whats the river looking like after the flood?
Im thinking of making the trip up on saturday, dont know what the water will be like though

There will still be plenty of fresh running, but it does not have a toxic overflow like the Brisso area, so no safety worries.
Elliott Hds should be good too, not far north. It does not really get too skanky to sail, even in the biggest floods.
Not sure if the back roads are open yet though.

burrum should be really good friday afternoon also saterday,just have to look out for dead cows and bull sharks but i will be there,should be a good few days IF the wind blows

Will be good to see F2 riding the bulls and rounding up the cows.

No Burrum for me. I'm taking the other half to Caloundra for a long weekend instead. Should be a nice comprimise as long as the wind is OK down there.
