from about mid low to high tide on the push is probably the best conditions - the swells stand up biggest on this setup and literally you can jump on bigger and bigger ramps for about a km if you want. S/Se is best direction also so the forecast looks good :)
My wifes just had our first baby last week, i had no intention of sailing this weekend but she saw the forcast and told me "how can i deny you that" im hoping for either beachies,Queens or Caloundra, hope you all get to enjoy this weekend
Man this is really playing with my head, do I risk it & go to Beachmere on Saturday or go to Wello or Shearwater???![]()

Redcliffe anyone![]()
I was thinking pelican park and sailing towards woody point if sw or in front of woody point yacht club and sailing toward the bridge if true s or for a bit more of a challenge, off the tip of woody point between the new jetty and the palace hotel on top of the hill (there is a vacant block of land) in sw it would be nearly cross shore, in s it would be cross on to on, not much of a beach there plenty of rocks but doable i think, sailing direction would be towards moreton island.
any takers
Lungs, will be a lottery tomorrow, I'll be sailing after lunch. Yeah I was thinking about the reach from Woody and Pelican as well. If it is under 20 knts I'll probably sail local.
