wind got to 25 kts se both porkchop and F2 got times of 39.5 and 39,8 not bad while ANN LEWIS did 33.8 burrum heads at its best
Nice going people, looks like we should have come up. Ah well we had a good bump & jump session at Redcliffe
Not bad for slalom boards hey. First sail since Burrum Comp (not that I was in it or wanted to be) and enjoyed sailing with the locals again in our own way. Gee no rules, no changing the rules, no dangerous sailors, no issues, no abuse, good results and we're all winners on the day. Still the best speed spot around, in my opinion that is. Shame about the local sea life at this time of the year hey, just gives you motivation to not fall off (hair still dry). T
Hi F2 & Porky-chop, Good to hear from you guys from the peace and quiteness of Burrum Heads.
You could really make Juliens day by posting your data on GPS Challenge site, he had some good speeds that need a kick along from you guys.
Hooray for now, but will be up this week to work on house and water.
Yes it was a fantastic sail. Greg and I were hoping fpr the same today but no such luck no wind.
Geoff I think you slipped in an extra 3. I did a 30.015. Maybe next time I'll do the 33.8.
Anne
Nothing quite like a good fishing story hey. I'm with you F2 we were all fast including you guys, Anne and Greg. Don't believe everything you read on the forum, no need to change things now. Just getting onto the same wave length as some of our southern friends (only a couple of you though). No offence to the vast majority, you disappointing ones know who you are. Trev
