It's funny, I was born and raised in Toukley, and only ever thought of Canton beach as a stinking weedy beach only good for prawning. My frame of mind has certainly changed since buying a sailboard 5 months ago! Hangin' to give that place a shot. Looked like Heaven last time I was down that way about 5 weeks back.
You guys were lucky to get some decent wind. Pretty tough up here (mid nrth coast) with very patchy burst of wind from 5-15 knots. Basically a failure for me really. Round two tomorrow- I hope...
