Had an awesome sail there yesterday with a blast over to Kurnell. Good to sail over with Mike and Paul? (or Troy) on the ol JP FSW 91. Merry Christmas.

My view is that signs like that are probably best left not photographed and subsequently not broadcast. I think we are all aware, through the many and varied Seabreeze forums, of the perceived hostility that can exist down there. (Although some what exaggerated from time to time, in my view) A simple smile and gidday does seem to go a long way in defusing any potential agro on shore. On the water, some common sense and staying out of the way of fast moving motor craft can also play an effective role in avoiding unseemly confrontation? Besides it's the holidays!

The solution to the sydney problem is to move to lake macquarie there are a number of great suburbs around the lake if you sell your sydney house you can get a much better house up here mabey even a waterfront a great place to bring up the kids a lot of my neibours are from down there and would never go back

Baz, you've got it all wrong.The Lake is a crap place to sail. No wind, nowhere to launch and no night life. The Sydney guys would be bored senseless.
If I were them I'd stay where they are.
Of course if any of them wanted to come up here and set up a windsurfing shop then that might be different.

Hey AUS4, came across this recently. The locals at Kyeemagh have got nothing! Look at what they get up to up north. They have their signs professionally printed & everything!

Being relatively new to Sydney, what nationality would have written that?

Do the words "fully sik" give you a clue???

Anyway usually when you speak to people who visit the beach they are pretty cool. They are going to the beach for a bit of relaxation. On NYE I chatted to a couple who were smoking out of a water pipe. It looked like a fancy bong. Anyway it turned out they were smoking tobacco mixed with apple. It smelt quite good.

I find its the teenage boys cause most of the issues at Kyeemagh, one of them is probably the graffitist but teenage boys of any background can cause problems.
