Helen and Andrew would like to welcome to the world our two beautiful girls Luisa and Elora.

Luisa being the older (but smaller) born at 1.26pm on Friday, 11 March 2011 and weighing 2.15kgs. Her sister Elora wasn't far behind bursting into the world a minute later at 1.27pm and weighing 2.44kgs.

I have never been so happy knowing I won't be getting much windsurfing in for a little while!
