When I lived in Albury (near on 20 years ago!) I virtually gave up windsurfing - bought a boat and went skiing.....but that is another story

.
In the rare moments when the wind was on I windsurfed from a spot off Lake Road, over the bridge near Bellbridge - seemed to be the most popular spot - not sure of the exact location though. I also sailed from the Bowna Waters boat ramp a few times. Back then I was on a slalom board, and/or a formula board.
I also vaguely remember sailing from the Lake Hume Tourist Park on a raceboard a few times.
I reckon the locals still get out when it is windy.
The lake might be spot on for foiling...?
Good luck
