I've got problems with GPX files that have more then one date in session.
I use licenced GPSResults v6, and when I opened GPX file I would like to select only one date and save GPX of that date. Becouse that is not possible in gpsr, do you have any idea, or recomend me some tool to do that.
Anyway, if someone send me multidate GPX and if I analyse it on KA72 in that case
KA72 give me wrong values, and distance is not correct, becouse he add all
distances of all dates in that GPX.
So, sorry for my english, and I don't know if you know what I need, I will try to
write simple:
GPX file (have dates of 14, 15, 16 & 17.06.) - I want to "break" this file and save
new GPX of 17.06. - that the file I may now use on KA72 to get real values of 17.06.
thanx
Realspeed will do that, but last time I tried it took ages to load a gpx file, you just need to be patient.
gpsarpro will also do it but last time I tried with that it crashed.
You may find the free version, gpsar will also do it, but that won't open .sbn or .sbp files
Open GPSARPro
Open SBP file
Click "Tracks toolbox"
click "Trackpoints table"
Select first point of session (first one that says "Wed Jun 17" in your case)
Click "Remove Before" button on the tracks toolbox
File->Save tracks (GPX)

Umm Nebs, GPSarPro and GPSResults are two different programs, I don't think warrior has GPSarPro, that's why I suggested trying the free version, (GPSar) first, as he said he's opening .gpx files, not .sbp files
I've got GPS Results
I also have GPS Action Reply Pro, but not installed, I think he need some king of
java runtime to work or something, nebb sended me that arp, but i don't use it so far. GPS results is excellent program when users have clear GPX or SBN, SBP file
only multidate makes problem on KA72 (that's what i think couse it)
I will try that ARP... thanx
I just wonder is there any free utility that actualy breaks GPX or SBN, SBP to desired date and have "save as" option for new file
Ref issues with KA72: after a recent update there have been some formatting changes, and the site was messed up a bit when there were multiple tracks in a file.
This has now been fixed as per http://forum.ka72.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=41#post41
Regarding the distance, KA72 was displaying incorrect distances due to a type conversion issue. I have fixed this and also reverted the page to displaying in KM again (big sigh of relief.)
Those of you who thought it was showing too much distance were correct.![]()

Dylan.
thanx bros, and btw, if any of you uses gps results, i contacted
manfred and here is the solution of "spliting" multidate file in
gps results, maybe will be helpfull to someone:
BTW, GPX-files containing data from several days can be split by marking a time-range in the lower right speed-over-time-window. Shift & Left-Click once for the start-time, than again Shift & Left-Click for the end-time. If you export the trackpoints you will now be asked if you want to export all or only the selected time-range in what ever format you like...
Cheers,
Manfred
