I live in Switzerland and I'm coming to Australia for 5, 6 month from sept 15th 2013 to march 2014.
I just want to windsurf all the time...
I just began to check the spots around Australia and it looks better on the west coast at this year period for wave sailing.
I'm not a professional, but I'm ok in the waves...
Is it easy to buy a car for living??
Is the east cost nice also for windsurfing?
What are the nice places to see?

I was thinking about flying with a part of my gear (a wave board and 2 or 3 sails). But I keep your profile if I need something when I'm there!

Ive travelled to the west coast, and most of the south coast and now live on the east coast.

You'll be surprised at how good our whole coast line is.

Get a van, fill it with gear, beer and a bed and follow the wind and waves.

I don't like cold water!!!
That's why I use to sail in france, spain and more...

, it's not far, Europe is so small compare to Australia!
But if you like clichés... It's maybe the cheese or chocolate!!!
I'll send swiss chocolate to the one who give me the best advice on the better spots to visit, the accommodations ...
Good chocolate with milk and nuts!!! ;)

I think I will begin my trip flying to Sydney and move to the North first, Then I'll see! A last question:
How long does it take to drive from Brisbane to Geraldton. Would it be possible in a couple of months with spots on the South coast?
