I'm glad he's wearing boardies on the second video.
Definately board short weather.
I always wear boardshorts with a hooded full length wetsuit when swimming

Nice ad. It does say "Fictionalization" in the corner at the beginning though.

I've always wondered about whether this was possible. Need to be able to go 170km and bear whatever weight a 747 puts down through its front wheels.... Maybe a Nissan Frontera can't do it, but there must be some specialist vehicle that could.

It's OK. When they're coming down they always land - one way or another

As for the captain of that particular aircraft, he was most probably reamed out well and truly for that one. Heavies are not supposed to have their main gear on the deck in the first third of the airstrip.

A question, do they wear boardies underneath their wetsuit as well ?

The Ute/plane landing looked too good to be true.
Probably showed on the Gruen Transfer...
