i had 5 days in row ..3 all over 20 knots and 3-4 hour sessions ,I could barely gybe at the end ..my mates hands bleed due to loss of skin after 1.5 hours .and had to go in .he works in a office and hadn't sailed for 5 weeks ...i didn't pay out on him one bit .lol.
