What is the best thing for covering the screw heads on a board with a deep tuttle fin box. Don't want exposed screw heads to catch on as they get sharp after a while.

some come with a rubber grommet that is higher then the head of the screws.. so you can't bash your toes on the screw head itself.

Yeah the Starboards did a few years back at least.

AUS718, try any windsurf shop and they will have the recessed grommets?

The screw heads only get sharp when you bur them with the screwdriver.
You can smooth them off real easy with a file. Just run it lightly over the top a few times until the sharp bits are gone. You should do this whether they are covered or not because if there are sharp bits on them, you will eventually cut something. A finger, a foot, a face, an anything.

Couldn't make it to the windsurfing shop before the race on the weekend, that was cancelled, so found some $3.50 rubber leg tips from mitre ten and cut them down and punched a hole in them with a wad punch and this is what I got.
