Thumbs Up

A couple of weeks ago I was thinking about what to do when the seabreezes dropped out at the end of this season.
While there are other things that fill my time through the winter months, I also wanted to keep going with something windsurfing related this year.
To that end, I've picked up an older model Tabou Manta 64 in need of some work. It's in reasonable condition (the bottom is pretty good, and the deck has a crack/soft spot in the laminate between the footstraps).
First up tasks are:
Remove footstraps
Remove footpads
Cut out crack/soft spot.
This is where I'm at after making a start today.

All the footstrap pads are now removed. Unfortunately, doing so has exposed two small soft spots under the front left (port) footstrap.
The other interesting find is the difference between the left and right sides. With a block of something (high density foam maybe) present on the right side but not the left.
