Don't like the idea of falling on the ice.. But looks like fun. I considered trying something like that back in the 80's but not that many accesable flat areas down Kossy way.

The fact that you are realy low on the snow or ice protect yourself from injury.

The thing you have to be afraid is when you go backward. You want to be on your toes ( tip of the skis) to avoid hearting your knees if the skis slipts oway...

Since 1986, I do some windski and I didnt heart myself.

If you try it, start on hard snow like in the video, it's the easiest way to do it and it's realy fun!
