Hi

i have an on sailboard. I'm wanting to remove the clear non-slip grip on the deck (it's really course) to use your board as a glider on small days surfing.
any tips on removing this without damaging board ?

What is it?
If it new ish like last 20yrs it will be clear coat with grit that you can sand off but its REALLY hard to sand off and not damage graphics. Its like 0.1mm.

Best to wet sand with about 180 and a block and be very careful.

If it is all white and feels like icecream containers, good luck. Then again, should be smooth by now anyway as they didn't last!!!
