Not only is it silly, it's stupid. I've spent a good deal of time on natural ice and never have fallen in. Those that have do not want to repeat the experience. Riding a board on ice without metal edges won't get you anywhere at all, either.

Interesting. On the one hand, the voice of experience speaking -- you claim that someone who has fallen in would not like the experience.

On the other hand, that voice speaking again -- you claim to have never fallen in.

It's tough to tell which voice is speaking. The voice of ignorance or the voice of ignorance.

As to the Rubby post, yes, it was rather confused...
