If you were googling "men in lycra flying through the air" I think that is kiting not windsurfing

Yawn knew you would never last not bagging kiting for a few months.
Yes we know you think kitesurfers are all wankers, but most are sick of hearing it,its getting pretty boring.



Cool vid , thoughs guys are nuts.
There is a vid on youtube showing a guy fly past people standing on the side of a road that is filmed from the road.
He is just a blur of colour as he zooms past,sends a shiver up your spine when you see how fast he is going so close to solid objects.

Its on the first bit of this vid.There is more at the end too,,if you can wait 8 minutes.
You can hear the noise of the air rushing past him.
The guy jumping out of the hot air balloon at 31kms up is pretty cool too.When he first jumps,he cant feel any wind rushing past him or feel his suit fluttering,so thinks he might just be floating in space

Yep very quick, I've seen guys where I come from near Grenoble in France, there is a nice 2000 m mountain where they jump, a nice ridge at 1000m where they fly past and they land at 250m. Every year there is one of them who smears himself on the field/forest on the middle ridge. Not pretty.

But I reckon that it would be the ultimate thing to do (the fly, not the crash)

Some are planning to do an actual landing on a snow slope. Imagine a whole jump without opening your parachute !

No the deal was I would not post in the kiting forum and you'd not post in the windsurfing forum. Oops look who just failed.

Thus if you are bagging windsurfers in the kiting forum I'd not know as I have not been there.

Naturally you are still looking for any mention of kiting in this forum (ie Windsurfing- General) to give you an excuse to get angry.

There was a wink at the end of my post so perhaps calm down a little?
I don't give a rodent's rectum what you guys say about us in your own forum, maybe you should stop caring about soem of us taking the p!ss out of kiters in our forum.

These guys are a little bit sainer.......just
