Just kidding. That is one hell of a photo. What size sail would he be using? Looks like 4.5m weather.
It does look like we only need on board and one sail to cover all conditions from flat water and 8 knots to gnarly surf and shorebreak and 25 knots plus. However it takes a hell of a lot of skill to sail formula.
It is Arnon Dagan ISR-1 going out for the last race of the FW Europeans held in Latvia. I think it was 20-25knots directly on-shore, and I imagine he is on his high wind 10m.
Clearly pretty extreme conditions for Formula. For the record he is actually an amazing wave sailor, which probably explains the jump in the first place?
