Hey Lotofwind, it appears Mr Richiefish, who started this one off, appears to have formulated some connection between the colours red and yellow and kiteboarding.

He often adds very nice boardshorts, of the polka dot variety using these two colours, to many pictures scattered throughout these forums.

You may notice that the original photo has someone wearing these two colours, but in a different configuration to the typical polka dot style.

This guy actually makes the photo interesting, and the big smile on his face, shows he's enjoying himself.

Therefore, he's probably a windsurfing/kiteboarder (or vice-versa)!
