Go the Maui Aloha Clinic over Fiji mate, I've sailed both locations and Maui is going to be far better for what you want to achieve windsurfing wise. Matt and Shawna run an excellent clinic for all levels which includes working on technique on the beach before you go out, video of you sailing and photos of you on the water. They are both super enthusiastic and positive coaches so if you are looking to improve your sailing, meet a bunch of other sailors from around the globe and visit the mecca of Windsurfing it's no decision really. And if you can afford it stay at the Sprecks estate where they run the clinic...I did the course in October chasing some swell and although late in the season we sailed everyday with just one day where if was a touch and go...smallest sail I used was a 5.4 and 92.
