Well that's just deplorable! I can see numerous safety issues here. That concrete clearly isn't up to standard engineering design practice. The hazard signage is non existent! Where is that and I will lodge a report right now with Occupational Health and Safety.
Eeek! That guy must have a death wish..I notice they have a safety line rigged but obviously mustn't have had anyone sue them yet to let people still use it..I'm scared of heights..I think I'll have nightmares after this one..
