I skimmed an article today about Schoolies boys getting onto "Hard Solo" the alco pop which trendier for the boys...
So now I want to try it... But it is $110 per slab, because it also attracts that extra Alco-pop tax, the government adds an extra tax on that stuff to prevent kids from taking up drinking!... As if that is going to stop them! .... It just means it costs the parents extra! LoL!... So I went about bought a 8 or 12 pack of Solo, and 1 litre of Smirnoff! ... They sell Hard Solo as 4.5%, so I do the engineering calculations, and 50mls of Vodka for a 375ml can takes it to bang on 5%... So I do the mix, and seriously, you can barely taste it! It taste like yummy vodka tainted Solo! LoL!...
You lot have probably heard that "The Government" is also forcing them to rebrand it, to take away the Solo link! In an attempt to "fool the kids".... Does the Government really think our kids are that ****ing stupid! For ****s sake! LoL!... .... And then the government wonders why there is such anti government sentiment out there! Haha! ... Plus, they are saying that Hard Solo is selling like hot cakes on The Gold Coast at the moment, so extra deliveries are being sent in! .... The government is stopping those extra deliveries though, because they really just want all that extra excise tax in their coffers!!! HAHAHA!
It's so funny, the do-gooders at Government trying their hearts out! It cracks me up!
If you just want a taste, do you need a whole slab?
And kids these days don't know how to have fun.
I remember the day we collected our school certificates, aged 15 and headed straight to the same pub where the teachers did their drinking. We could see them in the other bar while we celebrated our skollership.
I was expecting somebody having a good time alone, not in an alcoholic way mind you.
