Some photos from the weekends Cervantes Speed event, link to more images to follow in the next few days and for those people who took part in the photoshoot, C.D.'s will be posted out tomorrow (Tuesday). Great to see some of the long time windsurfers get some helicopter time, most people got between 50-150 photos each. Movie of the event should be due in about 7 days.

I like it Col. I see what I was doing wrong now. I just have to keep the board above the water not under.

Awesome stuff, Col.
I would like to change the front page of the WWA site to show member's photos from the weekend. If you want to be included can you send me your favourite shot and I will put it up in the revolving gallery on the homepage.
If you can crop/ resize to 725 x 455 that would make my life easier but otherwise just send me the shot. photo at windsurfingwa.org.au

Must have been the closest I have experienced, out of the photo shoots over the years in Maui / Australia!!! It felt like 5-10m away at times (but might have been more?)

Best Pilot / photographer combo!! Just awesome navigation / skills from the pilot and off course the crisp photos from Colin.

Not quite sure where else in the world any level sailors has a opportunity like this. :)

Hmmm seaweed on the fin,,, As you can see I sail just on the tip of the fin to avoid the extra drag,, :)

Here's the link to some more photos www.windsurfaustralia.com/

This is our new site we've made just for windsurfing photos and videos, we've always wanted somewhere to put all our images so will be putting up a lot more over the summer and also putting up most of the images we've done in the past here.

Geez how far apart are those harness lines. The COE on these sails must move all over the place

Sailing with that set up would be very numb to say the least

Thats how I have mine, works fine for me, I use it for slight adjustments for sheeting in/out, and stability/bracing between me and the rig. Arms should be straighter as displayed in most of the other pics to maximise leverage over the rig and to unweight the board.
