boardlady.com/I did a similar nose repair myself, but I had a bit of experience fibreglassing and replacing fin boxes 20 odd years ago.
If you want to have a go repairing it yourself cut back the damage back in a v shape, leave it for a while (overnight or longer) to let any water evaporate, then fill it. Depending how big the offending area is you can use knead it or get some divyncell & epoxy filler. Then seal and reinforce it with 3 layers of 4oz cloth and epoxy resin, sand back and paint. Matching the colours and getting a decent paint job was the hardest part.
